AGE: 5 Years | PROOF: 95 (47.5% ABV)
MASHBILL: 95% Rye, 5% Malted Barley
NOSE
Bright and aromatic with a crisp, herbal edge. Fresh spearmint and orange zest rise first, followed by cracked peppercorn and a subtle floral lift. Beneath the spice, there’s a clean grain note with hints of light honey and citrus oil.
PALATE
Lively and precise. A burst of candied orange peel and mint coolness gives way to assertive rye spice—black pepper, clove, and a touch of anise. The texture is lean but energetic, with a streak of citrus brightness cutting through the spice and a gentle malt sweetness providing balance.
FINISH
Snappy and refreshing. Peppery warmth lingers alongside cooling mint and drying citrus rind. The oak is restrained, allowing the rye’s herbal spice to carry through with clarity.
OVERALL IMPRESSION
A focused, high-rye whiskey that leans into freshness and vibrancy rather than weight. The 95% rye mashbill delivers a clean, spice-forward profile, while the five years of aging add just enough structure to keep it polished. Ideal for those who appreciate a crisp, aromatic rye with lift and definition
